What happens if the time spent costs more than traditional contingency rates? In this event CDI guarantee that the final invoice value will never exceed the cost of the traditional contingency rate.
What if CDI does don't complete an assignment? In the unlikely event of CDI withdrawing from an assignment in which a credible short list has not been delivered, a full credit will be given.
What volume incentive could be available? Subject to a minimum number of assignments over a given period CDI can offer even greater savings through a dedicated/tailored solution.

How does CDI find suitable candidates for short listing? How we achieve this goal is the knowledge and expertise that you are capturing through an assignment. In every case we adopt a search based methodology coupled with an extensive network and years of experience.
What happens if a successful candidate turns the role down? Part of the CDI screening process is to confirm that the candidate’s expectations meet the terms the position, however in the event that a candidate who has been interviewed by the client subsequently rejects an employment offer, CDI will resume the search until the assignment is successfully concluded.
